The 41 public schools will be distributed across all governorates, with locations for 25 schools already confirmed. The remaining 16 schools will be identified prior to issuing the RFP.

41 Public Schools PPP Project (Educational and Vocational)
The 41 Public Schools project covers the development of 41 academic and vocational public schools across multiple governorates. It includes feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and detailed designs, as well as financing, constructing, and maintaining the schools to ensure high-quality and sustainable learning environments.
Project’s Scope
The project was initiated by the GoJ with support from the EBRD, which is providing comprehensive transaction advisory services
- School types: KG, grades 1-10, secondary, and vocational.
- Gender distribution: mixed, boys-only, and girls-only.
- Student capacity: 531-1,550 per school.
- Land area per school: 3,000-18,000 m².
- Construction approach: phased, starting with an initial batch of 8 schools.
