Naour Medical and Therapeutic City and Resort is a strategic project transforming a partially built 122,000 m² facility in west Amman into a medical, therapeutic, and hospitality complex, featuring 260-bed specialty hospital, 110-room wellness hotel, and research and training facilities, serving Jordan, the GCC, and North Africa as a regional hub for advanced care and medical tourism. The project will be delivered through a joint venture majority owned by the investor, with the sponsor contributing the land and existing structures representing an investment of USD 75 Mn in the structural framework. The investor will provide the capital needed for full completion of the project and oversees all operations.
