Opportunity Overview

Non-Revenue Water (NRW)

The Non-Revenue Water Reduction Project is carried out through a public private partnership (PPP) to modernize Amman’s water distribution system and reduce losses across the network. The goal is to reduce the non-revenue water to reach 25% by the year 2040, in addition to network operation, maintenance, restructuring and resizing, in line with the National Water Strategy and the National Conveyor project. The work includes improving primary, secondary, and tertiary networks, introducing advanced metering and leak detection, and using data driven tools to support better monitoring and system management.

  • Managing district zones, oversees network performance, maintains distribution assets, handles meter management, updates GIS and IT systems, conducts hydraulic modelling, and responds to customer issues and field needs.
